Can Morsands access my funds?
No. Morsands operates a strictly non-custodial model. Your private keys are generated on your hardware device and never transmitted to or stored by Morsands. We have zero technical ability to access your funds.
What happens if I lose my hardware drive?
Your wallet can be fully recovered using your seed phrase, which is stored separately from the hardware device. Our multi-layer recovery architecture ensures your assets are always recoverable, even if the physical device is lost or damaged.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?
Morsands supports Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and all major EVM-compatible tokens and chains including USDT, USDC, and other stablecoins. Support for additional chains is available on request.
Is Morsands regulated?
Morsands operates from Luxembourg under applicable European financial regulations. As a non-custodial wallet provider, Morsands does not hold client assets and operates within the self-custody framework recognised under EU digital asset regulations.
How is the cold storage drive delivered?
The Hard Drive S-C Mounted is shipped in tamper-evident packaging with full onboarding documentation. Delivery and onboarding instructions are confirmed after purchase. The drive does not include cryptocurrency — it is a configured storage infrastructure device.
Can I use Morsands for business / corporate holdings?
